Read the following outline and ask yourself whether the information is important to know. If it is (and it is!!!) then ask yourself if you can get the same information in an easier way. If you can then let me know! But until then you are stuck with the easiest and best health and wellness coaching course in the world.
Health & Wellness Course Outline
The course is structured in a way that it can be followed easily. This alleviates all the confusion that you may have when it comes to your health. To make the right decisions you need enough information, but also the correct information. In all areas of life mistakes are made because we make decisions too quickly and with limited or inaccurate information.
Your path starts by understanding that decisions you make regarding Think Well, Move Well, Eat Well affect your health. If you do not have enough information or you have the wrong information in these areas you will make the wrong decisions.
Let’s concentrate on your mind (or brain) first. This is the “Think Well” part of the course. We do this because your brain has control of everything in your body! That’s right, every cell, every organ, EVERYTHING is under the control of your brain. So, if we want to make changes in the body we must start with the brain. The other two focuses of “Move Well” and “Eat Well” take place in the body. These come later. So it looks a little more like this:
Now let’s look at these individual components step by step and outline what you will learn.
Coaching Session 1
The first session of the Health & Wellness course explores “Who Gets Sick and Who Stays Well”. A very interesting topic, we are sure you will agree. It is a good way to understand why we have the health problems we do in our lives.
There will be a few exercises to complete before the next session and a bit of homework too!
Coaching Session 2
This session looks at and uses implementation strategies to activate our mind. It is the most valuable tool we have! The process looks a little like this:
During the Coaching Session we look at the importance of State of Mind and Emotional Hygiene to your health. You are then equipped with the implementation strategies to identify your wellness values, to identify your current belief systems and to create the belief systems that YOU want.
Coaching Session 3
During this session of coaching we look at the importance of your nervous system and what it does. Its job is to relay information from your brain to your body via thousands of nerves. We look at a condition called Vertebral Subluxation Complex (VSC) that prevents your nerves working as they should. This is where Chiropractic Care is useful; it manages VSC. When you have a Chiropractic examination, tests show us where your brains messages are being interfered with as they are trying to get to your body.
With the knowledge we have today it is no surprise to learn that when your brain cannot communicate with your body you are in trouble and health is not sustainable. You don’t have to tell a paraplegic the importance of their nervous system or what it does – They know first hand!
Let’s look at the pathway when this step is added:
What Chiropractic does is no secret anymore. It keeps your mind and body connected. A crucial factor if we want the body to be healthy. Neuro Impulse Protocols are used to test and re-test message pathways from the brain to the body and back again.
Coaching Session 4
Now we get down to the body. The “Move Well” component of the Health & Wellness Coaching Course includes tools and implementation strategies for “Spinal Hygiene” and “Physical Fitness”. Physical fitness is then reduced to “Aerobic”, “Anaerobic” and “Strength” components. It looks like this:

Now let’s add the last piece to the puzzle. The “Eat Well” component of the Health & Wellness Coaching System. This week of coaching allows you to implement the “Wellness Diet and Natural Hygiene Strategies”. Firstly, this creates sufficiency and secondly, eliminates toxins. We are sure you agree that both these steps are important for health.
Coaching Session 6
By this part of your Health & Wellness Coaching program you will have all the tools and implementation strategies needed for good health. Now is the time to continue transitioning through the steps in each of the Think Well • Move Well • Eat Well components. By this time you are using all the tools acquired and as a result will be continuing on a healthy path.
We hope that this outline encourages you to lift the bar a little bit and aim for what you want. We trust that this system has the structure and information to do remarkable things for you as it has many others in the past.
