Being in practice for some years now we have seen many different types of pillows. But there is only one we are confident recommending to our patients. The Chiroflow pillow actually has a water core! When I first saw this I wondered "how can that work?" But it does and it is quite simple. Because it has a water core it changes to your sleeping positions, which change throughout the night. It gives the most comfortable position when on your side or back (obviously we recommend not to sleep on your stomach).
